Leonoil to acquire Sierra Rutile for AUD61.2m.

Leonoil, a marketing oil company, agreed to acquire Sierra Rutile, a mining company with headquarters based in Freetown, Sierra Leone, for AUD61.2m. Leonoil is a major SRX shareholder, with a relevant interest in 19.85% of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares in SRX as at the date of this announcement.
