Refresco completed the acquisition of Frias Nutricion from Alantra.

Refresco, a beverage group, completed the acquisition of Frias Nutricion, a manufacturer of plant-based drinks, from Alantra, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As part of our proven Buy & Build strategy, we are looking to expand our capabilities in existing and adjacent beverage categories.
