Craftsman Automation completed the acquisition of Fronberg business of Gienanth Group.

Craftsman Automation, a manufacturer of high-quality complex precision engineered components, completed the acquisition of Fronberg business of Gienanth Group, a company specializing in iron and metal processing. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Fronberg is a major step in Craftman’s global strategy to broaden our technical expertise and manufacturing capabilities.
