Southfield Capital Partners completed the acquisition of TFS Global from Harvest-backed OnPoint Group.

Southfield Capital Partners, a premier lower middle market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of TFS Global, an independent, nationwide provider of material handling fleet management services, from Harvest-backed OnPoint Group, a facility management provider servicing commercial docks and doors. Financial terms were not disclosed.
