Mutua completed the acquisition of Aurgi and Motortown from GPF Capital for €60m.

Mutua, an insurance group, completed the acquisition of Aurgi, a privately held company dedicated to the automotive sector, and Motortown, an automobile center that offers tires and batteries and provides ozone disinfection, A/C load, and repair services, from GPF Capital, an investment firm, for €60m ($65m).
