Groupe Charlois-backed Oak Nation completed the acquisition of Graf Brothers.

Groupe Charlois-backed Oak Nation, a wine and cognac producer, completed the acquisition of Graf Brothers, producer of quarter-sawn and rift-sawn American oak.
