Marubeni-Itochu Steel to acquire a minority stake in Network Steel Resources.

Marubeni-Itochu Steel, a steel distribution company, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Network Steel Resources, a manufacturer and distributor of semi-finished metal products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through this investment, our company aims to expand its business presence in Europe, where stable economic growth is expected, and contribute to the enhancement of NSR's corporate value by leveraging our stakeholders and business infrastructure," Marubeni-Itochu press Release.
