IK Partners to acquire a minority stake in OCTIME Group from Andera Partners

IK Partners, a mid-market private equity firm, agreed to acquire a minority stake in OCTIME Group, a software developer of workforce management solutions, from Andera Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
