Millemont Capital Partners completed the acquisition of YOTEL Edinburgh from Starwood Capital Group.

Millemont Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in hospitality and real estate investments, completed the acquisition of YOTEL Edinburgh, a 276-room hotel located on Queen Street in Edinburgh, from Starwood Capital Group, a global private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The investment marks another strategic acquisition by Millemont and our fifth hotel transaction since 2022.
