CVC DIF to acquire HiSERV from Aveco.

CVC DIF, an infrastructure fund manager, agreed to acquire HiSERV, an aviation ground service equipment leasing company, from Aveco. Financial terms were not disclosed. “HiSERV has been revolutionising the GSE leasing market since 2017 by delivering premium quality at fair and transparent prices.
