ProMach completed the acquisition of MBF.

ProMach, a company that is processing and packaging machinery and related solutions, completed the acquisition of MBF, a producer of bottle-filling and closing machines. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome the MBF team to ProMach.
