Prefortia, Jurispol, Forvide, a civil examinations academies, and Corpfin Capital, a private equity firm, formed a joint venture to develop Versus e-Learning Group, an online training group specialized in the preparation of public officers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Versus Group has differentiating elements such as its unique educational approach, the specialization of each of its verticals, and its solid commitment to innovation, quality, and the success of its students.
