Markerstudy Group to acquire Hughes Insurance from Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Markerstudy Group, an insurance company, agreed to acquire Hughes Insurance, an insurance solutions company, from Liberty Mutual Insurance, a provider of a broad range of insurance products and services.
