M&G Investments and Elevage to acquire a 29.9% stake in 4basebio for £29.4m.

M&G Investments, an investment management services provider, and Elevage, a platform providing capital and expertise to medical technology companies, agreed to acquire a 29.9% stake in 4basebio, an innovation driven life biotechnology company, for £29.4m.
