EMK Capital completed the acquisition of L&S from Clessidra Private Equity.

EMK Capital, a private equity fund, completed the acquisition of L&S, a LED lighting systems and solutions provider, from Clessidra Private Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “L&S is a strong example of Clessidra’s investment philosophy. An initial primary buyout of a business with a very strong competitive position and significant growth potential backed by long-term sustainability trends.
