Doppler completed the acquisition of Primagaz from Primagas Energie.

Doppler, a strategic investment arm that focuses on the petroleum and gas sector, completed the acquisition of Primagaz, a provider of off-grid gas utilities, from Primagas Energie, a German energy supplier specializing in liquefied petroleum gas and sustainable fuel alternatives.
