Repligen, a life sciences company focused on bioprocessing technology leadership, agreed to acquire Tantti Laboratory, a biomaterials engineering company developing bioprocessing solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of Tantti further strengthens our portfolio in the new modality space.
