Elawan Energy to acquire Acciona Saltos de Agua from ACCIONA Energía for $310m.

Elawan Energy, a global operator in renewable energy, agreed to acquire Acciona Saltos de Agua, a hydroelectric portfolio, from ACCIONA Energía, a renewable energy company, for $310m. “By adding this hydropower portfolio to our existing renewable energy sources, we aim to further stabilise our future power production and build a long-term earnings base,” Dionisio Fernández, Elawan CEO.
