SK Capital Partners completed the acquisition of the North America composites & fuel containment division of Parker Hannifin Corporation.

SK Capital Partners, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of the North America composites & fuel containment division of Parker Hannifin Corporation, a provider of engineered carbon fiber composite components and fuel containment solutions for the defense and commercial aerospace markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to have completed this sale for the North America Composites and Fuel Containment Division.
