KKR-backed Groundworks completed the acquisition of Clarke Basement Systems.

KKR-backed Groundworks, a privately owned foundation and water management services company, completed the acquisition of Clarke Basement Systems, a space structural repair, foundation repair and basement waterproofing services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Groundworks continues to grow and expand our business in Canada. Our partnership with Clarke Basement Systems enables us to move into Canada’s largest market to serve a greater number of customers and assist them by protecting their homes,” Matt Malone, Groundworks Founder and CEO.
