Farfetch UK completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Farfetch International from Chalhoub Group.

Farfetch, a retailer of men's and women's apparels, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Farfetch International, an Isle of Man-based holding company for certain of Farfetch’s business activities in the Middle East, from Chalhoub Group, a distributor and marketer of luxury brands. Financial terms were not disclosed.
