Promerita Group and Smythe completed the acquisition of CareVest Group.

Promerita Group, a multidisciplinary advisory and investment group, and Smythe, an accounting firm, completed the acquisition of CareVest Group, a group of companies consisting of CareVest Capital, Carecana and CVC Market Point. Financial terms were not disclosed. We look forward to working in partnership to build and expand on Carevest's 30 year presence in Western Canada, and a heritage of success and market leadership in commercial mortgage lending and syndication.
