Capstone Copper to acquire CMSN from Inversiones Alxar for $40m.

Capstone Copper, an Americas-focused copper mining company, agreed to acquire CMSN, a company owning 100% of Sierra Norte, an IOCG deposit located in Atacama Region, from Inversiones Alxar, a company managing mining operations and projects in Chile and Peru, for $40m.
