PSR Trading completed the acquisition of Pets & Friends from Endless-backed Pets & Friends.

PSR Trading, a provider of natural and environmentally-friendly products, completed the acquisition of Pets & Friends, a provider of pet care products, from Endless-backed Pets & Friends, a provider of pet care products and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited to welcome Pets & Friends to PSR, it offers something different to customers and complements our portfolio of brands, Just for Pets and DOG by Just for Pets,” Paul Lewis, PSR Trading Managing Director.
