Sallina Beteiligungsverwaltungs completed the acquisition of Toplice Sveti Martin from Erste Group Bank.

Sallina Beteiligungsverwaltungs, a company trading in goods and service, completed the acquisition of Toplice Sveti Martin, a healthness resort located in northern Croatia, from Erste Group Bank, an Austrian financial service provider in Central and Eastern Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed.
