PBS to acquire operations in Peru and Ecuador from Xerox.

PBS, a solution and customer-oriented technology group, agreed to acquire operations in Peru and Ecuador from Xerox, a print technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In today’s business environment, organizations need support from partners who have a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and who can respond with maximum speed and agility.
