AB Mauri, a bakery ingredients manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Romix Foods, an ingredient blending company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This strategic acquisition enables AB Mauri to expand its footprint in this growing segment and provides additional flexibility to our wider UK manufacturing footprint,” David Cooper, Mauri Managing Director.
