DUBAG Group completed the acquisition of Ampack and Osgood Industries from CVC-backed Syntegon.

DUBAG Group, an investment advisory firm, completed the acquisition of Ampack, a container and packaging company, and Osgood Industries, a provider of rotary cup filling machines, from CVC-backed Syntegon, a provider of intelligent processing, packaging, and service solutions. “I am convinced that Ampack and Osgood with their more than 2,8k machines installed at many customer sites around the globe will have a good chance for substantial and sustainable growth with DUBAG. We are glad to have found a new owner with a clear strategy to develop this already successful business further,” Torsten Tuerling, Syntegon CEO.
