dss+ completed the acquisition of Infrata from Lonsdale Capital Partners.

dss+, a global operational management consultancy, completed the acquisition of Infrata, an infrastructure consultancy firm, from Lonsdale Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Since our investment in Infrata in 2022, the Company has achieved an impressive level of growth and strategic change, in line with the objectives we agreed with management. Infrata has successfully broadened its geographic and sector mix, further emphasising its position as the truly independent global leader it is, whilst also expanding its service offering into complementary areas such as ESG.
