Castik Capital-backed TBAuctions completed the merger with Surplex.

Castik Capital-backed TBAuctions, a multi-brand digital auction platform for B2B used goods in Europe, completed the merger with Surplex, an industrial auction house that trades worldwide in used machines and factory equipment.
