Cheyne Capital and Fusion Group formed a joint venture.

Cheyne Capital, a London-based alternative asset manager, and Fusion Group, a UK-based student accommodation developer and operator, formed a joint venture to develop student accommodation site at Brent Cross Town, a mixed-use park town located in north London. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The student housing market continues to be driven by considerable demand, with a growing need for high-quality and well-located developments across the UK and particularly in London.
