Waterland Private Equity to acquire Lebara Group.

Waterland Private Equity, an independent private equity investment group, agreed to acquire Lebara Group, a Mobile Virtual Network Operator providing high-quality telecommunications services to over four million customers across the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, and Denmark.
