Phoenix Copper completed the acquisition of CanXGold Mining and Kettle River Resources from PwC.

Phoenix Copper, a base and precious metal mining company, completed the acquisition of CanXGold Mining, a Canada-based mineral exploration company, and Kettle River Resources, a precious metals and diamonds explorer, from PwC, a multinational professional services network of firms. Financial terms were not disclosed.
