MBB Group to acquire iPLAN.

MBB Group, an infrastructure experts who specialise in advisory services during the strategy, development, delivery and operations phase of projects, agreed to acquire iPLAN, a Brisbane-based, specialist advisory, project planning, and integrated project controls services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This new partnership is an important milestone in the continued growth of both businesses. Together, our partnership with iPLAN offers complementary services to new and existing clients and gives them access to a full suite of advisory, project management, and integrated project controls services across all our office locations," Matthew Brook, MBB Group Managing Director.
