Numantec completed the acquisition of PHS Medical.

Numantec, a medical devices provider, completed the acquisition of PHS Medical, a company specialized in the design, production and distribution of single-use port-catheters and respective introducers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The partnership with Numantec will allow us to invest in the development of our firm. I am highly committed to the project and will continue to have an active role as a manager. I have the confidence that this partnership will enable the Group to become a European leader in critical care," Jörg Vesterling, PHS Medical CEO.
