Macquarie Infrastructure Partners completed the acquisition of a stake in TAG Pipelines from Brookfield Asset Management.

Macquarie Infrastructure Partners, a series of Americas-focused, unlisted infrastructure funds, completed the acquisition of a stake in TAG Pipelines, a Mexico-based gas pipeline company, from Brookfield Asset Management, an alternative investment management company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
