MML Ireland-backed Virginia International Logistics completed the acquisition of Allmed.

MML Ireland-backed Virginia International Logistics, a provider of temperature-controlled, dry freight, and containerized transport, warehousing, and customs clearance services, completed the acquisition of Allmed, an Irish business providing European freight forwarding services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to welcome Allmed into the Virginia Group.
