MGM Resorts International and Grupo Globo formed a joint venture.

MGM Resorts International, an American hospitality and entertainment company, and Grupo Globo, a Brazilian private entertainment and mass media conglomerate, formed a joint venture, to seek a sports betting and iGaming license in Brazil. Financial terms were not disclosed.
