AMC to merge with AlphaVest Acquisition in a $175m deal.

AMC, a provider of native computer vision AI platform, agreed to merge with AlphaVest Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company, in a $175m deal. “We are thrilled to announce the proposed business combination with ATMV.
