Ardian completed the acquisition of an additional 10% stake in INWIT from Telecom Italia for €250m.

Ardian, a private equity investment company, completed the acquisition of an additional 10% stake in INWIT, an Italian tower operator, from Telecom Italia, a telecommunications company, for €250m. “This transaction represents an important milestone in our long-term partnership with INWIT, and we are excited to play a key role in the next phase of its development.
