Thoma Bravo-backed Hypergene, a software-as-a-service company for planning and performance management, completed the acquisition of Thinking Portfolio, a Finnish software house that provides its customers with various portfolio management solutions as a cloud service. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With Thinking Portfolio’s skilled employees and unique product, we will be able to jointly create a highly attractive customer offering.
