Altrad offered to acquire Beerenberg for €87m.

Altrad, an industrial services provider and construction equipment manufacturer, offered to acquire Beerenberg, a provider of maintenance and modifications services intended for petroleum industry, for €87m. "We have admired Beerenberg from a distance for many years and have been impressed by the achievements of the management team and their talented people.
