IPH and Smart & Biggar completed the acquisition of Bereskin & Parr for CAD82.5m.

IPH, an Australian intellectual property services provider, and Smart & Biggar, a Canadian intellectual property law firm, completed the acquisition of Bereskin & Parr, a full-service intellectual property law firm, for CAD82.5m. “Today represents a significant milestone in Smart & Biggar’s story, and we are delighted to formally welcome the brilliant people at Bereskin & Parr to the team.
