Hastings Equity-backed MKD Electric completed the acquisition of JSET Automated Technologies and D&L Electric.

Hastings Equity-backed MKD Electric, an electrician, completed the acquisition of JSET Automated Technologies, a data center services provider, and D&L Electric, an electrical contractor. “We are excited to add JSET and D&L to the MKD platform of businesses.
