CCMP-backed Omnia Exterior Solutions completed the acquisition of Great Roofing and Restoration.

CCMP-backed Omnia Exterior Solutions, a national provider of residential roofing solutions and exterior remodeling services, completed the acquisition of Great Roofing and Restoration, a provider of roofing, siding, gutter, and general contracting services.
