Cactus Private Equity and STIC Investments-backed TmaxData, a provider of database management and business intelligence solutions, completed the acquisition of a 60.9% stake in TmaxSoft, an enterprise software company, from Skylake, a technology private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
