UFP Technologies to acquire AQF Medical.

UFP Technologies, a designer and custom manufacturer of solutions for medical devices, sterile packaging, and other highly engineered custom products, agreed to acquire AQF Medical, a manufacturer of custom-engineered foam packaging solutions for the orthopedic implant market.
