ABB to acquire Födisch Group from NORD Holding.

ABB, an electrical equipment manufacturer, agreed to acquire Födisch Group, a company that manufactures continuous emission monitoring systems, from NORD Holding, an European private equity asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Födisch Group underscores ABB’s commitment to providing advanced continuous emission monitoring systems that have become vital for companies to monitor and mitigate emissions and comply with environmental regulations.
