Duni completed the acquisition of SETI.

Duni, a provider of sustainable dining and food packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of SETI, a Slovenian tabletop company. Financial terms were not disclosed. To pursue our collaboration in product offering will enable synergies along the value chain and provide complementary offerings to our long-lasting customer bases of European wholesalers," Aleš Šarec, SETI CEO.
