Helmet Capital, an investment company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Multirel, a main transformers, compensation devices and other electronic components supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Multirel is a respected and trusted supplier in Finland with robust international principal relationships and impressive customer references from various segments. This cooperation will enable the company to further develop and enhance its business capabilities,” Sampo Ahonen, Helmet Capital Partner.
